A: LIFU stands for low intensity focused ultrasound. It is currently used in our practice to treat erectile
dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease.

Q: How does LIFU work?

A: It uses ultrasound pulse waves to break up scar tissue and restore blood flow to the penis resulting in
improved erection quality. With LIFU, We place rods around the penis that emit these pulse waves to
